The Vacation Beach House is a four bedroom (plus one bonus room), three and a half bathroom, two-story with basement ocean front townhouse located at 3729 Ocean Front Walk, located in the heart of Mission Beach. Conveniently located in Mission Boulevards commercial zone, you are just steps away from Saska's, Guava Beach, Mission Cafe, Rubicon Deli, Rosaria's Pizza and swimsuit stores such as Pilars and Gone Bananas and many more. Surf instruction takes place daily right in front by Surf Safari Surf Shop, Wind n'Sea and many more. Tennis, sailing, wakeboarding, and water ski instruction is directly across the street at St. Clara Point... no need to ever leave! If you do want to venture out, grab a beach cruiser out of your garage and see all the boardwalk has to offer... fine dining at Tower 23, Fat Fish Cantina, or the fun of Belmont Amusement Park and eats at the Wave House are just strides away.
The Beach House is approximately 2000 square feet and can sleep six adults comfortably, plus four children in a trundle bed & a bunk bed. This vacation townhouse features a king size bed in the master bedroom, queen size bed in the second guest room, and two full-size beds in the third bedroom. There is a twin trundle bed in a bonus room that connects the two guests rooms, and a bunk bed in the basement. A queen size pull-out sofa to accomodate any guests who just do not want to leave paradise.
The rental Beach House kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Maytag Stainless Refrigerator, JennAir oven and microwave, filtered water, wood cabinetry, tile countertops, and more.
This Stand Alone Beach House has no connecting buildings, so no sharing patios, garages, parking spaces, or walls. You will have direct access to the beach with a lockable gate for extra security, and an exterior shower. The property also offers a full size washer/dryer, an enclosed garage, a dedicated exterior parking spot, designer furnishings, new wood floors, new Ralph Lauren carpet and a lower level 'bonus' room perfect as a play room for children. For fun-in-the-sun, there are beach cruisers, and beach toys for your enjoyment.
